To cancel an order before we have shipped it out, use the contact form at the bottom of this page or email cancel@watcg.com with the message starting with “CANCEL ORDER #” and enter your order number. Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee, deducted from the refund amount. This is due to the non-refundable fees involved with processing your payment.
