When Ordering a Pre-Order item, the entire cart will be shipped at the same time as the Pre-Order. If you would like separate shipping, you must place the order in two separate carts and check out separately.

Cancellations of Pre-Orders will be subject to our cancellation policy.

You will be charged for the Pre-Order at the time you place the order. If there is an issue with our suppliers where we do not get the product in time, or do not get enough of the correct product, we will email you with your options, including the option to receive a full refund.
